Raleigh plumbers who pick up,
and show you the options first.
From a pipe that split in a hard freeze to a water heater that quit on a Sunday, Goldfinch answers day or night. You hear what’s wrong, and what it will take, before anyone starts work.
On the live site, callers can talk with Goldfinch Plumbing’s receptionist right here in the browser, day or night, and get booked on the spot. On this sample, the button below is the way to reach the (made-up) shop.

A neighborhood shop, with an owner you can reach.
Goldfinch Plumbing is Renee’s shop. Every visit should go the same way: someone shows up when they said they would, explains what they found in plain words, and leaves the place cleaner than they found it.
The owner’s own words go here: who they are, how long they’ve done this work, why they started and how they treat people’s homes.

Dripping, clogged or cold? We’ll sort it out.
For homes and small businesses across Raleigh and Wake County, from older crawl-space houses inside the Beltline to newer builds out in Holly Springs. Every job starts the same way: we find the cause, explain it plainly, then give you your options. Nothing starts until you say so.
From first call to a clean floor, in three steps.
Call, text or book online
Tell us what’s happening. Calls are answered day or night, and you get an arrival window you can actually plan around.
See your options before work starts
We find the cause, show you what we found, and lay out your options in writing. Nothing starts until you pick one.
Fixed, tested, cleaned up
We test the work with you there, clean up after ourselves, and come back to look if something doesn’t seem right.
The kind of plumber you’d trust with a house key.
Options before work starts
You see the choices, and what each one involves, before anyone picks up a wrench. The plan you approve is the plan we follow.
Answered day or night
Nights, weekends and holidays too. When there’s water on the floor, you shouldn’t be stuck in a voicemail maze.
Careful with older homes
Crawl spaces, galvanized supply lines and old cast-iron drains are common around the Triangle. We work carefully and show you what we find.
Clean-up, every visit
Shoe covers on, drop cloths down, and the work area wiped clean before we leave. You shouldn’t have to tidy up after your plumber.
Pay by text when the job is done.
No paper invoice to keep track of. Once the work is finished and you’ve seen it tested, the invoice comes to your phone as a text with a secure pay link.

Water where it shouldn’t be?
Shut off the main valve if you can, then call. We’ll talk you through what to do next.
Finished jobs can post here on their own.
On the live site, each job the crew closes out can show up here: the service, the town and the day. On this sample the cards stay empty until real work fills them.
Reviews from real customers go right here.
On the live site, this widget pulls the business’s own Google reviews and keeps them current by itself. On this sample the slots stay empty, because we never make up reviews.
From Wake Forest down to Fuquay-Varina.
Near any of these towns? Call or text your address and we’ll tell you right away whether it’s on our map. Out past the city water lines? Well homes are welcome too.
Answers before you pick up the phone.
How does pricing work?
We find out what’s wrong first, then give you your options in writing. Nothing starts until you approve one, and the work you approve is the work we do. No surprises on the invoice.
Is there an extra charge for nights and weekends?
Placeholder answer The real business explains its own after-hours and trip charges here. Whatever they are, you hear them on the phone before anyone heads your way.
How soon can someone get here?
Burst pipes, sewer backups and no-water calls go to the front of the line. For everything else, you get an arrival window when you book and a text when we’re on the way.
My pipes froze. What should I do?
Shut off the main water valve, open a faucet to let the pressure out, and call us. Don’t put an open flame near the pipe. In crawl-space homes, the pipes near vents and outside walls are the usual trouble spots in a hard freeze.
Do you work on well water and softeners?
Yes. In the outer towns, where plenty of homes are on wells, we take care of pressure tanks, softeners and filters, and the hard-water wear they leave on faucets and water heaters.
Is the work guaranteed?
Placeholder answer The real business’s own warranty terms go here. Parts and fixtures also carry their makers’ warranties.
Are you licensed and insured?
Placeholder answer The live site lists the real license number and insurance coverage here, so you can check them before anyone comes out.
